ABSTRACT SUBMISSION, REVIEW &
PUBLICATION POLICY
The Organising Committee of the 5th International Biohealth Sciences Conference (IBSC2026) warmly welcomes researchers, clinicians, scientists, and healthcare professionals to submit their work for presentation at the conference.
Abstract Submission
All participants who wish to present at IBSC2026 must submit an abstract for consideration for oral (standard or rapid-fire) or poster presentation.
1. Abstract Requirements
Submitted abstracts must satisfy the following conditions:
• Abstracts must clearly describe the objectives, methodology, and key findings of the study.
• Abstracts must be written in clear scientific English with appropriate grammar and terminology.
• Authors should ensure that the information provided is accurate and complete.
• Submissions must be original and must not have been published or submitted elsewhere.
• Abstracts must be prepared using the official IBSC2026 abstract template.
2. Abstract Review Process
• All abstracts will be evaluated by members of the IBSC2026 Scientific Committee and, where necessary, by additional expert reviewers appointed by the Committee.
• Abstract acceptance is based on scientific merit, relevance to the conference theme, and clarity of presentation.
• Accepted abstracts will be included in the official Conference Programme Book.
Please note that acceptance of an abstract is for conference presentation purposes only and does not automatically guarantee publication in conference proceedings or journals.
3. Abstract Submission Procedure
Abstract submission must be completed electronically through the EZConf system during the registration process.

Submissions sent by email or received after the deadline will not be accepted.
4. Important Dates
• Abstract Submission Deadline: 31st May 2026
• Acceptance Notification: 6th July 2026
Proceedings and Journal Publication Opportunities
IBSC2026 will provide publication opportunities for selected contributions, which may include:
• Scopus-indexed conference proceedings volumes
• WoS/Scopus-indexed journal special issues
• Other reputable scholarly publication outlets
• Full paper submissions will be processed via the IBSC2026 conference submission system or through the journal platform, as applicable.
Further details regarding full paper submission guidelines, timelines, and eligible publication outlets will be announced in due course.
1. Peer Review and Editorial Policy for Full Papers
Any full paper submitted for publication consideration will undergo a separate and rigorous editorial process in accordance with the requirements of the respective publisher or journal, which may include:
• Single-blind peer review
• Review by at least two independent expert reviewers
• Evaluation of originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution to the field
• Final acceptance decisions made by the Editorial Board and Scientific Committee
Only manuscripts that meet all academic, editorial, and ethical standards will be accepted for publication.
2. Publication Ethics and Research Integrity
IBSC2026 is committed to upholding the highest standards of publication ethics. Authors are required to ensure that:
• Submitted work is original and not under consideration elsewhere
• All sources are properly cited
• Plagiarism, data fabrication, falsification, or unethical research practices are strictly prohibited
Plagiarism screening may be conducted as part of the editorial process.
3. Ethical Approval and Informed Consent
For studies involving human participants and/or animals, authors must confirm that:
• Appropriate ethical approval has been obtained from a recognized ethics committee
• Informed consent has been secured where applicable
• Research complies with internationally accepted ethical standards
4. Conflict of Interest
All authors, reviewers, and editors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest to ensure a fair and unbiased review process.
