Oral & Poster Presentation
5 oral presentations will be selected from all abstract submissions.

Instructions for Presenting Authors
Oral Presentations
Presentation Duration
▪ Each oral presentation is allocated 15 minutes in total.
▪ 10 minutes for the presentation
▪ 5 minutes for Q&A
Presentation Guidelines
▪ Please prepare your slides to fit within the 10-minute timeframe. Time limits will be strictly enforced to ensure the program runs smoothly.
▪ Use clear visuals, concise text, and highlight key findings or contributions.
▪ Presenters are encouraged to rehearse their presentation to stay within time.
▪ Please arrive at your designated session room at least 15 minutes before the session begins and check in with the session chair.
▪ Bring your presentation on a USB drive (in PowerPoint or PDF format) and upload it to the session computer at least 30 minutes before your session.
▪ Personal laptops may be used only with prior approval and must be tested in advance.
Poster Presentations
Poster Size and Orientation
▪ Posters must be prepared in A1 size:
▪ Dimensions: 594 mm (width) × 841 mm (height)
▪ Orientation: Portrait
Poster Guidelines
▪ Posters should be visually engaging and communicate the research objectives, methods, results, and conclusions.
▪ Use a readable font size (minimum 24 pt for body text) and ensure good contrast between text and background.
▪ Posters must be printed and brought by the authors; printing services will not be available on-site.
▪ Each poster will be assigned a board number. Please mount your poster at least 30 minutes before your designated poster session begins.
▪ Presenting authors must be available at their posters during the scheduled session to engage with attendees and answer questions.
▪ Posters must be removed at the end of the session. Any posters left behind will be discarded.
