ABSTRACT SUBMISSION
Abstract submission is now open. Please refer to the guidelines below:

o Abstract must be submitted through our online submission page, EasyChair.  

o Steps for abstract submission:

* Create your EasyChair Account here.

* Log in into your EasyChair account through the link given above and click on the New Submission tab.

* Enter your abstract as per instructions in the EasyChair software programme. 

o Accepted abstracts will be notified approximately 15 days after the closing date for abstract submission via email.

o All presenting authors must be a registered delegate, without exception, to present abstract at scientific sessions. Abstract will be published in the abstract book only if presenting author is registered with full payment by 31 May, 2016  1 August, 2016.

o There are two presentation types, either oral presentation or poster presentation. You may state your preference during submission. The Scientific Committee of the conference reserves the right to designate an accepted abstract as oral or poster presentation. The organiser cannot guarantee all accepted abstracts will be given the preferred presentation type because of the limited time slot available for oral presentation.

o Instructions on the preparation or the format of poster presentation and oral presentation will be sent to authors upon notification of the abstract’s acceptance.

o Research paper and clinical case reports are accepted.

{slider= Abstract Content Guideline}

o Abstracts must be submitted in English using the electronic form provided in Easychair programme.

o The abstract body: The abstract should contain original information.Tables, graphs, images and references must not be included. The abstract body should not exceed 250 words. Use standard abbreviations only. Within the body of the abstract, when using abbreviations spell out the name in full at the first mention and follow with the abbreviation in parenthesis. Capitalise the first letter of trade names.

o Keywords: You should specify at least three keywords.

o Presentation preference: authors should indicate the presentation preference (oral or poster). Please note that the final decision on the presentation format rests with the Scientific Committee.

{slider= Full Paper Submission}

FULL PAPER

We are now accepting full manuscript for publication in the conference proceedings. Papers will be published in AIP proceedings which is an open excess, online publication by Elsevier once proof of payment is received for publication processing. You can start submitting the full paper now. The due date is on the 9th August 2016. Late submission will not be entertained. In order for the manuscript to be published, an additional cost will be charged (Refer to table below) and must be paid before 9th August 2016. We would like you to follow strictly the format set by AIP Proceedings.

{slider= Poster Guidelines}

The poster size is A0, 1189 mm length and 841mm width.

The title should be placed at the top of the poster, and be the same title as your abstract. The title should be followed by the author names and addresses.
A recent photo of the presenting author should be placed on the top left-hand corner of the poster. Contact information should also be provided.

  • Each speaker will have 10 minutes for presentation followed by 5 minutes for questions and answers session.  
  • Prepare your presentation with Power Point.
  • Arrive in session room 15 minutes before the start of your session to introduce yourself to the session chair.
