Mammography
This is one of the main procedures for early detection of breast cancer. Typically conducted on healthy women. Mammography is capable of detecting lumps 2-3 years earlier compared to a self-examination. The mammography uses a low-energy X-ray. During the examination, a small amount of pressure is put on the breasts to reduce movement and to produce good quality images
Criteria
•    Women aged 40 and above
•    Women who are not pregnant or breast-feeding
•    Women who do not have breast implants
•    Women who have not had a mammography in the past 12 months

Pap Smear
To dectect abnormal cells in the cervix that could potentially result in cancer after a few years. This procedure involves obtaining some cells from the cervix and is sent to the lab to be analyzed. This is typically done on married women between the ages of 20 to 65 and each examination takes only about 5 minutes.

Breast self-examination(BSE)
This examination is done to detect size and shape changes of the breast. It is also done to detect lumps. The demonstration is conducted by an experienced and licensed nurse.

Blood and urine test
Measures for glucose levels, hemoglobin levels, HbA1c in blood and microscopy and glucose levels in urine.
