1. Histology

Histology is the microscopic anatomy of the animal tissue. This is done by producing pieces of tissue (slide) and then colored with a specific staining according to the prescribed protocol. Under the microscope we can see the tissue more clearly and to determine whether the tissue is in good condition or else. Methods of tissue preparation for histology: 

• Fixation of the tissue                                                                                          

• Process the tissue 

• Embedding the tissue

• Sectioning  the tissue

• Mounting the tissue


2. Hematology Test

Hematology test is a blood test that is often done in research. Blood tests can be done at the Veterinary Research Complex are: 

• Red Blood Cell (RBC)

• White Blood Cell (WBC)

• Platelet (HGB)

• Haemoglobin (PLT)


3. Biochemical Analysis Test

Biochemical analysis test is the chemical analysis of serum which is a blood component. Analysis can give an information the organ depends on the analysis test. The analysis can we done are:

• Lipid Profile Test

• Liver Enzymes Test

• Cardiac Test

• Electrolytes Test Veterinary Diagnostic
