AMDI’S NEW STAFF ATTENDED ORIENTATION PROGRAM

BERTAM, April 6 2017 - 37 new staff of Advanced Medical and Dental Institute (AMDI), Universiti Sains Malaysia (USM) attended the Orientation Program for AMDI’s New Employee. This one-day program was held at the Seminar Room, Animal Research Complex (ARC), AMDI.

The Director of AMDI, Dr Norehan Mokhtar said, with the program all staff would be clear of the direction of AMDI.

"I hope that all staff will be committed in carrying out their duties in AMDI,” she said.

"Likewise, I hope both new and old staff will bring AMDI toward excellence and maintain the outstanding reputation of AMDI," she added in her briefing to the participants.

The orientation program involved newly appointed staff, staff of other PTJ that shifted to AMDI, and staff from other ministries who applied for transfer to AMDI, USM.

In the program, participants were exposed to each section in AMDI through the briefings held.

Also conducted was a visit session to the divisions and sections in the Animal Research Complex (ARC) and Clinical Research Complex (CTC).
